Less than 28 minutes to beautiful Kings Canyon National Park. The house is situated in a peaceful rural neighborhood with abundant bird life. After a day at Kings Canyon it’s a place to sit back, relax and fire up the bbq on the patio! The space "The home was extremely clean and well kept and furnished. There was an abundance of things for the children to do. They had board games and activities for outside which our family participated in." We offer 3 bedrooms, a bonus room that sleeps 6, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen/dining room, patio and game parlor. There is a large lawn for outdoor activities and we have equipment for badminton, frisbee, soccer, cornhole, and croquet. The bonus room has its own entrance if needed and makes a great hangout room for kids. It has a bunk bed (queen and twin), trundle bed (2 twins) and a sofa bed (full) and its own television. There is excellent coffee at Clingans Junction less than a mile away. Guest access The whole house and yard are yours to use.
