The space Living Room The main living area features plush seating for 8 and a 50” Roku smart TV, perfect for movie nights or lazy mornings. Kitchen & Dining Cook meals with ease in the fully equipped kitchen with ample counter space and stainless steel appliances. The dining area seats 8, plus 2 more at the bar-height island, perfect for shared meals or fun family game-nights! Game Room Get ready for some fun and friendly competition! Challenge each other at the retro arcade machines, score goals at the foosball table, or pick a classic board game from the shelf for a cozy night in. Indoor Pool & Spa Room Just steps from the game room, open the door and jump straight into your private 16x32 ft indoor heated pool! With depths ranging from 3.5 to 8 feet, it’s perfect for both relaxing swims and water-soaked fun. Next to the pool, you can soak in the two-person hot tub, or lounge in the cozy seating area while enjoying your favorite music on the Alexa speaker. Rain, snow, or shine-this space is designed for year-round fun, relaxation, and unforgettable memories! Sauna Head downstairs to sweat it out in the large cedar sauna—heating up to 104°F—for a relaxing, restorative session. (Please allow 30-60 minutes for the sauna to fully heat!) Bedrooms Primary Bedroom (Upstairs): King bed, en-suite bath, cozy egg chair, smart TV Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): Queen bed, smart TV Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): Two twin beds, smart TV Lower Lounge (Downstairs): Trundle bed with two twin mattresses, smart TV Bathrooms (2) Ensuite full bath with walk-in shower (attached to king bedroom) Full hallway bath with shower/tub combo (outside of bedrooms 2 & 3) Note: No bathroom on the lower level where the trundle bed is located. Guests sleeping downstairs must use upstairs bathrooms. Outdoor Space & Shed Start your morning off sipping coffee, or unwind at sunset on the front porch, relaxing in the egg chairs! Watch the birds visit the feeder, and enjoy a carefree moment outdoors to start or end your day. Fire up the grill and enjoy eating on the patio! The area outside of the pool room includes a picnic table and a shed stocked with pool toys, floaties, beach chairs, and fishing gear. Baby-Friendly Amenities Pack light—we’ve got a pack ’n play, baby bassinet (with sheets for both!), boppy pillow, high chair, baby bath, toy bin, baby gates, sit-me-up chair, baby bjorn bouncer, and an infant pool float for all of your little one's needs! These items are located in the downstairs closet next to the washer and dryer. Out of respect for our neighbors, noise disturbances of any kind will not be tolerated. Noise violations will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund. *Parking policy-6 vehicles max. No street parking is allowed per the city. No boats or RV's. We have a 2-car garage that's available for guest use as well as 4 additional driveway parking spaces. -No smoking inside -No parties -No pets -No unregistered guests (8 max) -City quiet hours are 9p-8a - No glass in the pool room Guest Safety The pool room has a smart lock using the same code as your front door (shared before your stay). Keep the pool door locked when not in use and overnight, and never share the code with children. The upper deadbolt, out of reach for kids, should also be used. Your door code can be changed virtually at any time if needed. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are on every floor, a fire extinguisher is in the kitchen, and a fire escape ladder is in the master bedroom closet. Exterior cameras: We have 2 exterior Ring cameras. One is a doorbell camera, located to the right of the front door, and the other is a flood light camera located above the garage on the left side. Both cameras face the front of the property. Pool Room Safety: No lifeguard on duty- use the pool, sauna, and hot tub at your own risk. All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. No running, diving, or rough play. Limit hot tub and sauna use to 15 minutes per session. No children in the hot tub or sauna. No loud music or disruptive behavior. Do not use the hot tub or sauna while pregnant or if you have health conditions.
