You’ll be sharing the space w. us during your stay. While we love connecting w. guests, you may hear the sounds of family life (cooing/crying). The space 🎨 The Artist-Room at Casa Amor 🎨 Casa Amor is a vibrant bi-level home on a peaceful 3-acre lot that blends Mexican-inspired flair with cozy, creative touches. We’re just a short drive from the airport and Expo Center, making it convenient for travelers. We want to be upfront: our home and property are very much a work in progress. We are in the middle of major renovations. The backyard is under construction—our pool and deck have been removed, bushes are being dug out, and we are actively finishing the guesthouse. Because of this, the outdoor space is not in its final, polished state. If you’re comfortable with a space that’s evolving and don’t mind some evidence of projects happening around you, Casa Amor can still be a cozy and colorful stop during your time in Louisville. Casa Amor has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Each room is unique, with fresh paint, modern updates, and creative details. The Artist Room offers a cozy, restful space with easy access to the main bathroom. Shared spaces include the living room, one full bath, and limited kitchen access (currently under renovation). Our backyard is currently under heavy renovation, so it is not a landscaped or relaxing outdoor area at this time. Instead, think of Casa Amor as a colorful, evolving home base—close to the airport, Expo Center, and expressways—where you can rest in comfort while exploring the city. Guest access 🌿 Guest Access Guests have private access to the specific bedroom they’ve booked, along with shared spaces (with the homeowners and potentially other guests) in the main house—including the living room, full bathroom, and the evolving kitchen area (currently under renovation). While laundry is not available on-site, guests can enjoy Wi-Fi, stream their favorite shows, or unwind on a walk by the creek. 📌 Please note: Although we are making major changes we try to keep noise and the mess at a minimum while we have guests. We kindly ask that all guests be mindful of the tranquil setting and help maintain the relaxed, respectful atmosphere that makes Casa Amor feel like home. 🌞🌵 During your stay ❤️ Interaction with Guests We live on-site and will likely greet you at some point during your stay. Between caring for our baby and working on renovations, we’re in and out, but always available by Airbnb message if you need anything. We’ll give you as much privacy as you’d like, but if you need recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, or local attractions, we’re happy to share our favorite spots. At Casa Amor, your comfort is part of the story. Outdoor areas are not finished or set up for guest use right now. -Shared spaces are in use by our family as well as guests. -This is a creative, evolving home—best suited for travelers who don’t mind a “lived-in” family environment with ongoing projects. 🔔 Other Things to Note Early check-in & late check-out: • Early check-in: $25 per hour • Late check-out: $25 per hour ➡️ Must be requested and paid in advance. Unauthorized late check-outs past 11:00 AM will incur a $50 per hour fee. We appreciate your understanding! 🐾 Pet Policy While we love animals, we do not allow pets at Casa Amor. This is our personal home, and our sweet Chiweenie dog, Rosie, lives on the property. For the comfort and safety of all guests (and Rosie!), we kindly ask that you make alternate arrangements for your furry friends. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep the space peaceful and pet-free. 🐕‍🦺🌿 Cancellations We do not provide refunds for cancellations, changes, or interruptions due to weather, road closures, power outages, or other Acts of God. We strongly encourage guests to consider travel insurance for peace of mind, especially during seasons of unpredictable weather. We adhere to the cancellation policy chosen by the guest made during their reservation. 🧼 Cleanliness & Safety We follow a thorough cleaning and sanitizing process after every stay to ensure a safe and comfortable experience. ⚠️ Personal Injury Disclaimer By booking this property, you acknowledge and accept that your stay is at your own risk.
