This large property based on the outskirts of Wrexham provides a great base for exploring the area. A long private driveway with electric gates leads to the main entrance where there is ample parking for 6+ cars. The property boats 5 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms (and second living room with sofa bed) together with large dining room, living room and well equipped kitchen with seating island. The large private garden area includes a hot tub and patio seating area. The space The ground floor is very social with an open plan kitchen and dining area. The well appointed kitchen includes a range cooker and island with some bar seating. The dining area comfortably seats 12 and can seat up 16 in this large high ceiling room, together with baby grand piano. We are able to refer a local private chef subject to availability. From the dining area a large living room with comfortable seating with smart TV is access through double doors, with original wooden beams dating back to the original farmhouse roots of the property. A further living room is accessed off the kitchen providing more comfortable seating including a sofa bed and smart TV. One bedroom is located on the ground floor with two double beds. Also on the ground floor is a large utility room with washing machine. The open plan staircase leads up to the landing area, from which the master suite is accessed. The master suite features double ceilings, a 75" smart TV, super king size bed and double wardrobe. The en-suite features a large feature bath as well as shower and his and her sink vanity units. From the landing is a further double bedroom with a double and single bed, with it's own bathroom accessed from the short corridor, with shower. On the other side of the first floor are two further bedrooms with a shared bathroom featuring bath/shower. One bedroom has a double bed, the other bedroom has two small doubles and a set of bunk beds. One of these bedrooms also features a smart TV.
