Single Occupancy (Women preferred): Safe, comfy B&B in an upscale complex with 24x7 security, accessible from airport/station. Daily curfew of midnight, unless arrival/departure needs to be accommodated. Please be mindful that it's a home and not a guest house/hotel. We take extra care but we also need to be comfortable with the guest sharing our space. We try to be flexible, so do message in case you have special requirements. Property amenities not accessible to visitors. Guest access The assigned room, the dedicated bathroom, dining and living areas are accessible. Kitchen and master bedroom not accessible. Complex amenities are not included. During your stay I'm easily accessible over messaging and respond readily. Available on phone for emergencies. Other things to note There is a friendly and quiet dog on the premises, who can be kept away if there is any discomfort on the part of the guest. Please note no smoking, alcohol or narcotics allowed on the premises. Guests are requested to NOT choose this listing if you plan to get high/drunk or inebriated in any manner. We reserve the right to not allow such guests on our premises and take necessary action if this is not respected.
