Close proximity to Golf Courses; 20 mins from University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW), City of Wilmington (Historic Downtown, USS Battleship NC, malls, movies, etc) The space • The property features 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. • It is equipped with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The kitchen comes with all the essentials you need to prepare delicious meals. Enjoy the convenience of a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, water dispenser and coffee maker. Also, a washer and dryer combo is available. • Enjoy your favorites movies on a 55-Inch-high-definition smart TV, High-speed Wi-Fi, comfortable seating to unwind after a day at the beach or exploring the local area.
