Privatized house with 4 facades + heated pool

Come and spend a pleasant time in a 4 facade house in a hamlet near a big city. Well equipped private house with 3 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom. South-facing garden with a heated swimming pool at 29 degrees and privatized. (from mid-April-May to the end of September, depending on the weather... it's Belgium) PS: please respect the neighborhood and the noise, whether during the day, but especially after 10 p.m. Sabine and Cédric The space On the ground floor: - Entrance hall and toilet - Living room and open kitchen overlooking the back terrace - Laundry room On the first floor: - A master bedroom with dressing room - Two single bedrooms - A bathroom with two sinks, a toilet and a shower Outdoor: - Parking in front - Terrace and swimming pool on 8 ares Guest access You have access to the whole house except the garage and the garden shed. there is no BBQ for guests Other things to note - Bed sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers not included. 1 double bed (200 x 140) 2 single beds (190 × 90) - Bath and pool towels not included. Provide towels for the shower and pool. It's important to come with your bedding and not sleep on the protective covers - No parties, no more than 4 guests. Please respect the neighborhood, the calm of the village and stop the noise and music after 10 p.m. - Please respect the equipment made available, do not move the furniture and respect the decoration and personal objects in the house
