READ BEFORE BOOKING Upon booking, you will receive a separate request via Airbnb resolution center for the VAT Accommodation Tax and VAT Guest Services Tax amounts which are not included with your booking. The State of Grenada W.I. requires us to collect tax on the rent from every guest. This feature is not currently supported on Airbnb. Here are the tax percentages associated with your stay: VAT Accommodation = 10.00 % VAT Guest Services = 15.00 % Please note, check-in details will not be sent until the mandatory taxes are fully paid.
