Guests may bring up to 3 in total. • Small dog (1–10 kg): 700 THB/night • Medium dog (11–20 kg): 900 THB/night • Large dog (21–30 kg): 1,200 THB/night • Cat : 700 THB/night Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing pets so we can prepare accordingly. Optional Butler Service Let us pamper you! Butler service is available with advance notice. 1,000 THB per time slot (pay directly to our butlers after each session) • Choose from: 08:00–17:00 or 17:00–22:00 • No service available after 22.00 Security Deposit (pay at property) A refundable 15,000 THB security deposit is required at check-in. • Thai guests can pay via QR code to a local bank account. • International guests may pay in cash. The full amount will be refunded after checkout, provided there are no damages or losses. Guest access Guests are allowed to access all rooms in the house, beachfront area and private parking space.
