The space This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhome comfortably sleeps 10 guests. Enjoy the incredible views from the new private hot tub and balcony deck with grill. With a well designed 3 floors, there is room for everyone to spread out! The first floor features a bunk room for 4, couch with smart TV and Xbox, walk in closet with board games, air hockey/pool/ping pong gaming table and ensuite bathroom. The second floor main level features an open concept great room and kitchen, ideal for gathering and entertaining. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare a wonderful meal and there is additional bar seating at the island counter. The living room/dining room has a gas fireplace for those chilly après ski evenings and vaulted ceilings with generous windows for taking in the view. Step out onto the large deck for breathtaking views of Engineer Mountain and the ski slopes. Enjoy plenty of outdoor living with the hot tub and gas grill. Also on the main floor is the lovely appointed master suite complete with walk-in closet five piece master bath as well as a powder room for guests and a laundry room. The third floor upper level features two queen bedrooms, a full bathroom and a nice size loft space that opens to the great room below. All this and just steps away from Twlight Lake activities and hiking trails to enjoy all year! The garage is available for guest use and makes it easy to store your gear. We have ski and snowboard racks and boot warmers as well. Enjoy the on demand complimentary shuttle service to the base of Purgatory ski resort.
