Our family is on the top two levels. The Airbnb is in a locked, private area with its own entrance on the bottom two levels. Your yard is fully fenced and about 600sq ft. You will enjoy a hot tub, grill, outdoor fire pit/dining table with 6 luxury chairs and 2 extra metal chairs to pull up, if needed. We love hearing the joyful noise of our guests enjoying themselves! Many of our guests use our place for a central meeting spot to gather and we are yet to have any issues with sound. So bluetooth to our vintage system and enjoy! Kitchenette includes sink, blender, drip coffee maker with grinder or ground coffee option (no filter needed), toaster oven, toaster, microwave, blender, hot plate with 2 basic pans for boiling or frying), large instapot, flatware, and utensils Private living room with large sleeper pull-out sectional and smart TV 3 burner grill outdoors with side boiler and utensils for cooking Full bath with jetted tub and marble tile, two drawers in vanity, large medicine cabinet, and hair dryer. Half bath on second level with another large medicine cabinet, under sink storage, and hair dryer. Small dining nook for 4 people, 4 more can sit on the couch and eat at the coffee table with pull up tray. Shared laundry free of charge, soap and softener supplied. Keyless interior entry through the garage. GUESTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMMUNICATE ANY GATHERINGS IF MORE PEOPLE THAN LISTED IN THE RESERVATION ARE JOINING. We are fine with extra people gathering (not staying the night) as long as guests communicate how many are attending and understand they still need to leave the space clean and picked up. Please close the overhead garage door behind you. Guests can see into owner's back yard. We have a trampoline. Guests MAY NOT enter owner's back yard without written or texted permission from the owners. If Guests want to use the trampoline, a liability form MUST be signed PRIOR to getting on the trampoline for each guest who may want to jump.
