Amenities at the Riverfront Resort & Spa include a 23,000 square foot Anjali spa & Riverfront Club workout facility, which offers a complete menu of spa services, pilates, yoga, a variety of other classes, and exercise machines, including a sauna and locker room. A 25-foot lap saline pool to enjoy, plus 3 infinity hot tubs to relax in, 2 onsite restaurants, including award-winning Maya Restaurant for happy hour or dinner. There is also a new Starbucks and a lift restaurant that serves breakfast or lunch. Bedroom Configuration: 2 Plush Queen Beds Plus a Tub/Shower Combo Bathroom The resort offers onsite ski and bike rentals, a full-service business center, a lobby check-in, and a happening lobby bar with live music and outdoor fire pits with amazing views. Please note, in addition to your nightly room rental rate as advertised in the listing, guests at the Riverfront Resort & Spa, also incur fees listed below upon check-in: Booking Fee~$75 Booking Fee tax~14.9% Resort Fee~$100/night--$40/night for 30+ nights rental Valet Parking Fee- $45 per night ** NOTE: These fees are subject to change* Guests must pay the fee directly to the resort at the time of check-in. Guest check-in at front desk to obtain access to the unit. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
