Fully equipped kitchen includes a large island with seating. Full size washer and dryer with complimentary soap to meet all your laundry needs. Fully screened-in pool area with heated salt water pool. Garage fully stocked with beach buggy, umbrella, chairs, and cooler. You will also find a ping pong table, darts, and two adult bicycles. Private waterfront backyard with dock. Guest access The entire house is yours for your stay! Other things to note Pool Heat Information. The pool is heated and we do NOT charge extra money for the pool to be heated but please keep in mind that during the winter months (Nov thru April) the colder air can lower the temperature of the pool significantly. We keep the pool heater set to 85° year round but it may not be possible to maintain that temperature.
