Located in the Osa peninsula and easily accessible to top destinations such as Manuel Antonio, Dominical, Puerto Jiminez, Ojochal and much more. Other things to note Casa Rosa is located in a remote mountainside community called Chontales. If getting away from the noise of construction and light pollution is what you're after then this is the perfect place for you. PLEASE NOTE: - The nearest restaurant and shopping center is about 30 minutes away by car. - The closest airport is San Jose which is a 4-6 hour drive depending on traffic. Or you could opt to take a 30 minute domestic flight into Quepos and drive the remaining 1.5 hours from there. - Power outages can happen. We provide a battery back up for the wifi should the power go down so you can stay connected with your host. - Cell service is limited in our area. Kolbi is the most reliable provider for international plans however, please be prepared that service may be spotty throughout our community.
