We have to keep the noise level down anywhere and all the time. Please Treat this home and our neighbors with respect! Our neighbors next door are very sensitive to noise, especially in the evening. To ensure everyone has a peaceful experience, we kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum and avoid loud music or disturbances after 10 PM. OUR HOME IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED🚫 - LOUD BASS MUSIC ❌ - LARGE GATHERINGS ❌ ( 7 People MAX, including visitors | 2 Cars MAX ) - SMOKING OF ANY KINDS, ESPECIALLY MARIJUANA ❌ Or Police officer will be called and you will be asked to vacate the property with no refund. Please also keep in mind that we have the ZERO tolerance Policy for any violations of all short term rental ordinances and our house rules. No over occupancy.
