The space With approx. 135 m², the stylish attic apartment offers space for 1 to 6 guests and combines historical details with modern comfort. Each room has been lovingly furnished to provide you and your family or friends with an unforgettable living experience in the Moselle region. Living area: The spacious living room is part of an open space concept and combines living, dining and kitchen. Cozy seating and modern furnishings invite you to relax in the evenings. Large windows provide plenty of light and offer magnificent views of the vineyards. Bedroom: A stylish master bedroom with a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) offers peace and plenty of storage space. Antiques give the room a special touch and provide a cozy ambience. A charming staircase leads to a gallery in the attic with two more double beds (180 x 200 cm and 160 x 200 cm), which can be used as a sleeping or cozy retreat. Bathrooms: The bathroom impresses with fine marble and a spacious bathtub. A washing machine and dryer provide extra comfort. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen is modern in design and offers all the necessary appliances you need, including a dishwasher, stove and oven, fridge, coffee maker and microwave. The dining table invites you to share meals. Family-friendly amenities: A baby cot will be provided if required. In addition, we can provide a baby bath and a potty for the little ones on request. This is how we make sure that even the little guests feel comfortable with us! Backyard and outdoor area: The apartment has an inviting backyard, which is equipped with cozy garden furniture. Parking: Right next to the house there is parking space at your disposal. Please note that this parking space may be occupied by other guests. In this case, there is parking on the main street, which is only about a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
