Airport (10 minute drive), a 5 minute drive away from Ballito and 15 minutes to Umhlanga. Two bedrooms - one double bed and two single beds - with one bathroom with a shower. High-speed, stable Wi-Fi connection, perfect for remote working. Smart TV with all of the latest apps installed (Netflix, DSTV, YouTube etc. please note you will have to log in with your own details). One parking spot is available for the unit in the secure undercover garage. 24 hour security at the complex. Additional parking can be arranged in advance. There is a pool, built-in braai area, lapa and garden section right outside the unit. There is a private, covered balcony connected to the apartment. There are strict noise restrictions at the complex, no noise is allowed between 10pm and 8am. No parties allowed. No matric vac or rage bookings will be accepted. No third party bookings, unless corporate bookings. Regrettably, no pets allowed. Guest access Guests can use the entire apartment, as well as the communal lapa, garden, pool and braai area.
