Great Location, renovated studio perfectly located in the heart of the tourist strip of Isla Verde. The building has direct access to the beach, ocean view from Balcony, pool. It's walking distance from hotels, restaurants, night-life, casinos, Supermarket, pharmacy, souvenir shops, and car rentals. Just 8 minutes from airport. Building has 24hr security, 24hr coin laundromat, assigned parking space. The space Located on the 12th floor of Coral beach Apt building, this beautiful studio has a Queen bed and a Quen sofa bed to fit 3 comfortably. The space has all the amenities perfect for short- or long-term rental. 3 Beach Chairs, beach Towels and cooler available for guest use. New Kitchen with cooking ware set. New Bathroom, open wall bar style perfect for social interaction, and can also be used as a working area. Guest access Per building regulation, there is a $50 charge for the use of the Gym per person per stay. This fee is required and paid to the building office. Please contact me if you would like access. There is a process we would have to follow. To Access the pool area, walk towards the back of the building and use your key fobs to open the gates. PLEASE always use the service elevators when going or coming from the Pool, beach and with luggage. It is important to follow building rules and regulations. Other things to note PLEASE Use service elevator if using a beach cart or wet from the pool or beach. Service elevator is actually faster and closer to the apartment. ****IMPORTANT***^ Please be aware that Puerto Rico's electrical grid can experience occasional fluctuations or outages, which are unfortunately out of our control. These usually last a couple of hours but the length of each outrage is unknown and can last longer. To help during such instances, we provide a backup battery that lasts approximately 7-10 hours depending on usage. While it powers most essential devices, it does not support the air conditioning, water heater, or stove. Additionally, the building is equipped with a generator that operates elevators, hallway lighting, and a pump to supply water to the apartments. Please note that refunds will not be issued for inconveniences caused by power outages. We appreciate your understanding.
