Everything you need is steps away: restaurants, bars, casinos, supermarkets, pharmacies, and car rentals. The airport is just 8 minutes away, making arrival effortless. The space Located on the 12th floor of the Coral Beach Apartment building, this beautifully renovated studio offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable beachfront location. The space features a Queen bed and a Queen sofa bed, comfortably accommodating up to 3 guests. The studio is fully equipped for both short and long stays. You’ll find a modern kitchen with a complete cookware set, a newly renovated bathroom, and an open bar‑style counter that’s perfect for socializing, dining, or getting work done. For beach days, we provide 3 beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for your convenience. This is the ideal home base for enjoying Isla Verde’s best attractions — with direct beach access, a resort‑style pool, 24/7 security, and your own assigned parking space. Guest access Per building regulation, there is a $50 charge for the use of the Gym per person per stay. This fee is required and paid to the building office. Please contact me if you would like access. There is a process we would have to follow. To Access the pool area, walk towards the back of the building and use your key fobs to open the gates. PLEASE always use the service elevators when going or coming from the Pool, beach and with luggage. It is important to follow building rules and regulations. Other things to note Please use the service elevator when carrying beach carts, luggage, or when returning from the pool or beach. It’s actually faster and closer to the apartment, and it helps keep the building in good condition. ****IMPORTANT***^ Puerto Rico occasionally experiences electrical fluctuations or outages. These are outside of our control and can vary in duration. To help during these moments, the apartment includes a backup battery that powers essential devices for approximately 7–10 hours, depending on usage. Please note that it does not support the air conditioner, water heater, or stove. The building also has a generator that keeps the elevators, hallway lighting, and water pumps operating during outages. Because these events are unpredictable and island‑wide, refunds cannot be issued for power outages, but we do everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Thank you for your understanding.
