Cozy vineyard hut

Enjoy this unique quiet location in the middle of the vineyards of Neckenmarkt. Relax in this special hut in harmony with nature. An experience to ground yourself. Give your body and mind the opportunity to switch off again, put your cell phone and laptop aside and instead let your thoughts run free by candlelight, flickering oil lamp or by the fireplace. And how about a sauna infusion, a walk or a book? A delicious wine should not be missing either! The space The property comprises of: + A kitchen with fireplace, dining table, kitchenette with wood-burning stove/cooker (only to be fired with wood), sink and refrigerator as well as typical kitchen utensils. + sofa bed in the living area for 3rd-4th guest + A sleeping alcove with double bed + A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet + A sauna with wood-burning stove (only to be fired with wood) + A garden with terrace and fireplace including barbecue grill + A basement (technical and storage room) Guest access You can use the entire interior, the garden including the terrace and the forecourt in front of the house. In addition, you can also leave the car at the beginning of the private driveway, as the driveway is a bit steep and with gravel, it may be that you cannot drive up to the forecourt by car. Also remember to bring good shoes in case you can't make the last few meters over the steep driveway by car. Other things to note You are in the middle of nature, please respect them and the all-round wildlife. Do not leave trash or make excessive noise. Please note that the tap water is supplied by a 500 L water tank in the basement with a water treatment system and the electricity is produced by a photovoltaic system. The hot water is also heated with electricity. Please be careful and sparingly, as electricity and water are limited. It may happen that the tap water/water tank also runs out. We do our best to provide water supplies. Please pay attention to the fill level when you have the chance, so that we can come in time to refill. We cannot guarantee drinking water quality, but the treatment plant should not cause any complaints. If the power goes out in low-sun times or becomes rare, prefer to use the existing candles or oil lamps, refrain from the TV, and if possible do not turn on the fridge. It may also be that hot water is scarce. A local tax of €4.50/person/night is charged in cash on site. Alternatively, you can pay via AirBnB.
