Upon entering through the characteristic Spanish door, you step into a spacious, open-plan area. The fully equipped, modern open kitchen flows seamlessly into the sunny, private and enclosed patio — an ideal place to enjoy outdoor living in peace and privacy. From the living room, you have access to a cosy bedroom with a double bed, along with an adjacent small bathroom for added convenience. The apartment features an open void between the first and second floors. This area is currently (temporarily) without a railing, making the property less suitable for young children, elderly guests, or anyone who is less steady on their feet. On the first floor, you will find two charming double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning for optimal comfort. The spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower offers everything you need to fully unwind.
