The space As you enter the 4400 sq. ft. villa, a dedicated parking space for four cars ensures a hassle-free arrival. The main gate opens to a grand ground + 2-story layout designed for comfort and luxury. GROUND LEVEL: A Grand Welcome - Step inside to a spacious living area, where an atrium ceiling above the pool table adds an airy, elegant touch. The comfortable seating for eight seamlessly connects to the modern kitchen and dining area (8 Seat), creating the perfect space for gatherings. - A 12-foot-tall glass window in the living room floods the space with natural light and offers stunning views. Step outside onto the pool deck, where a gazebo invites you to relax and unwind. - On this level, you’ll find one ensuite bedroom for convenience, living space, 8-Ball pool table, kitchen & dining area and a full common bathroom. FIRST FLOOR: The Private Retreats - Ascend 20 steps to discover three ensuite bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy. Large windows bring in natural light, offering serene views of the surroundings. TERRACE: A Scenic Escape - Another 20 steps up lead to a beautiful, cozy sit-out area on the terrace. Here, breathtaking mountain views create the perfect backdrop for a peaceful morning coffee or a relaxing evening under the stars. EXTERIOR: A Perfect Blend of Luxury & Comfort - A 22ft x 12ft x 4ft deep swimming pool offers the perfect spot to cool off, whether for a refreshing morning dip or a leisurely evening swim. - Adjacent to the pool, a beautifully designed gazebo provides a shaded retreat, complete with outdoor furniture that comfortably seats five, ideal for enjoying a cup of coffee or a relaxed conversation. - The villa offers secure gated parking for 4 cars, with space for two additional vehicles outside the main gate, ensuring a hassle-free experience for guests arriving in their own vehicles. Guest access Can can access the entire villa. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: - Outdoor music is not allowed after 10 PM. - Please keep noise levels minimal after 10 PM to maintain a peaceful environment. - Alcohol consumption & Smoking is permitted, but food and drinks are strictly prohibited in and around the pool. - Children must be supervised at all times when in or around the pool. - After using the swimming pool, please avoid sitting on the living room furniture in wet clothes. - The pool deck may be slippery; exercise caution while walking around the pool area. - We request all guests to treat the villa with care and respect. HOUSE TRUTHS: - CCTV cameras are installed in external areas for security purposes. - The caretaker does not reside on the property. Service staff is available only until 09:00 PM. - Complimentary Wi-Fi is available but subject to network availability. - Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel, and Vodafone work fairly well in this area. POLICIES: - The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only registered guests are allowed on the property; outside visitors are not permitted. - Any damage to the property caused by guests will be charged based on actual repair or replacement costs. - Illegal activities, including but not limited to prostitution and narcotics use, are strictly prohibited. - A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 will be collected before check-in. For stays longer than three days & special days the deposit amount may vary accordingly. POINTS TO NOTE: - Breakfast is not included in the room rates and is available at an additional charge. - Guests can opt for an all-inclusive freshly cooked meal package at Rs.1,500 per adult/night. Vegetarian and Non-Vegetarian options are available. For children (5-11 years), the cost is Rs.1,200 per night. - Pool water chemistry may fluctuate due to external factors like weather conditions, which can impact pH levels and water clarity. While we strive to maintain water quality, some natural variations are beyond our control. - Electronic equipment is regularly serviced. In the event of sudden technical failure, our team will attempt to resolve the issue but cannot be held responsible for unforeseen malfunctions. - Guests must stay within their allocated villa and are not permitted to enter other properties under The Aaramghar Stays. Any trespassing or noise complaints will not be entertained. - Violation of house rules or inappropriate behaviour may result in booking cancellation or eviction without a refund. - Caretakers stay in separate quarters outside the premises and are available from 9 AM to 9 PM. - Additional bedding options include 4 roll-away beds, 5 extra mattresses, and duvets. - Guests are advised to keep doors and windows closed to prevent insects from entering. - A kitchen utility charge of ₹1,500 per night applies if guests wish to cook their own meals. - Pool timings are from 7 AM to 9 PM. - Check-in is at 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. - Loud music is not allowed outdoors after 10 PM, and DJ setups or guest speaker are prohibited. - The villa does not provide separate accommodation for drivers or nannies. - Each bathroom is equipped with a 25-liters water boiler for hot water. Guests are requested to turn on the switch 10-15 minutes before use to allow the water to heat up. - Bonfire and BBQ services will remain unavailable during the monsoon season (June to September). - All food menu selections and chef-on-hire requests must be finalized at least 72 hours prior to check-in. Aaramghar Stays reserves the right to decline any food or chef requests made after this period. - A dedicated housekeeping team of 2 will have access to the villa’s main entrance and backdoor (if applicable). If any guest is uncomfortable with this arrangement, they may inform us via the Airbnb message. - Due to heavy rains, some walls may show signs of seepage.
