Stairs lead to the second floor where you will find two double bedrooms, another with bunk beds and a second bathroom with a bathtub. The top floor has a very large solarium terrace from which you can enjoy wonderful panoramic views of the sea, the mountains, the canal and the entire Gulf of Roses. It has a community pool, Wi-Fi, air conditioning (only in the two main bedrooms) and a private garage. Empuriabrava is the largest residential marina in Europe with more than 25 km of navigable canals.
