Newly-built house in beautiful surroundings

Sit back and relax in this elegant home. Enjoy hiking, biking, a lovely walk with the forest and lake as a neighbor. Pick berries or mushrooms. Feel free to use spices and condiments, replenish what runs out. Bed linen and towels are available to borrow and wash when you leave or rent. For everyone's comfort, clean and make it as nice as when you arrived The space The double bed in bedroom 2 can easily be turned into two single beds by pulling out two clips that are under the beds. There is a crib for baby. Guest access The entire property is available except for an indoor storage room that is private and locked. There is a woodshed outdoors where you can pick up wood or borrow a bicycle. There is also compost litter to sprinkle over food waste. The compost is behind the woodshed. During the summer, June-August, there are containers for compost and combustible waste by the road. These are emptied on Thursdays every other week. There is a trampoline that can be used by guests from both houses. Please do not leave children unattended and keep in mind the risk of injury. Please note that the jetties by the lake do not belong to this property and are private. Instead, there is a child-friendly beach with a jetty within cycling distance 14 min (4 km) Klockarnäs swimming area. There are also secluded fine sandy beaches. See my guide book. Other things to note We have an environmentally friendly profile and every month except June, July and August, food waste is sorted and disposed of in the compost available behind the wood storage. Compost straw is available in the woodshed and is easily sprinkled over the compost. Please note that you pour the food waste into the compost and sort the bag as paper. In June, July and August, combustible and food waste is collected on even weeks (Thursdays). Containers are located at the driveway, the rest is sorted as usual according to; plastic, paperboard, newspapers/paper, metal and glass. Respective containers are in the laundry room and kitchen. When you leave, empty these at the recycling station in Enviken.
