Welcome to our cozy 2-bedroom basement suite, located in a quiet, mature, suburban neighbourhood in North Edm. Please note that it is a basement suite and some upstairs noise is unavoidable. We definitely try to keep it down though! And the house is in a quiet neighbourhood. The closest shops are in Northgate Centre (Walmart, London Drugs, several food options). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask before you book. Thank you! The space This suite offers a comfortable living room with an open kitchen layout. You'll find two bedrooms - Queen Bed and Double Bed, a well-stocked bathroom, and a laundry room with detergent, bleach, and fabric softener. The laundry is in the same room as the furnace/electrical room. The laundry room is not fully finished but has a fully functional washer and dryer (along with laundry supplies). You won’t be sharing this room with anyone. **Limit to one load of laundry per stay! Extra loads will be invoiced separately.** The kitchen has an island for dining, though there’s no separate dinner table. I've provided dishwasher tablets and soap (if you prefer handwashing), If you need more, just let me know! If you don't need to reuse the dishes—just scrape off the leftovers and leave them in the sink! Guest access Guests have full access to the entire basement guest suite.
