This 60 m² house, ideally located in the city center, is just a 15-minute walk from the sanctuary. You will love its calm and carefully decorated atmosphere. Completely renovated in 2024, it is on one level and has an entrance that complies with disabled standards You will enjoy a free parking space just in front of the house, allowing you to leave your car and discover Lourdes on foot. A garden also completes the property's assets. The space BEDROOM Cozy and bright 13 m² room with garden view. You will have a very comfortable 160 × 200 cm bed, a large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV with free access to Netflix. An iron and ironing board will also be available. KITCHEN The kitchen is open to the living room, you will find everything you need for your stay in Lourdes: a Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle. There will also be coffee, tea, sugar as well as salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil at your disposal. LIVING ROOM Very bright living room with a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed and a TV. AVAILABLE FOR YOUR STAY You will have at your disposal: • duvets, sheets, blankets and pillows for all beds; • bath towels, shampoo and shower gel; • necessities such as dishwashing liquid, tea towels and toilet paper; • a baby cot available upon request. Early check-in and late check-out may be offered, depending on availability and your needs, for a fee. Guest access Access is via a lockbox, allowing you to be completely autonomous.
