The space Nestled within the exclusive gated community of MontEagle, this stunning new single-level retreat offers a blend of comfort and luxury. With just one step up to enter, you’ll be welcomed into the expansive great room that features a cozy gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, with plush seating arranged for lively conversation or leisurely entertainment. The granite kitchen is a chef’s dream, complete with a large island and seating, perfect for hosting or grabbing a quick snack. A full dining table is situated near the deck to enjoy the trees and mountain views. The glass doors all slide open to let nature come to you! The primary king suite is a sanctuary of relaxation, featuring a private TV, walk-in closet, and direct deck access. The luxurious ensuite bath offers a double vanity, a private water closet, a spacious soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled shower. The second king suite boasts a TV, seating area, and its own ensuite bath with a tiled shower, creating a serene escape. A third full bathroom is located in the hallway to service visitors and the third bedroom. It doubles as a den, with a twin-over-twin bunk bed featuring built-in storage. The queen sleeper sofa and large flat-screen TV take center stage in this inviting space, which also opens to the back deck. Here, you can lounge on the cushioned chairs, dine alfresco at the picnic table, or access the grounds via the gated staircase. A charming path beckons you to the hot tub, where you can soak while taking in the magnificent mountain views, especially during the magical sunrise to the east. Continue down the trail to the lower yard, where a firepit awaits for your evening gatherings. Six Adirondack chairs are perfectly arranged for storytelling and reminiscing about the day’s adventures in the High Country. For the more adventurous spirits, the left side of the yard features a marked trailhead for a private exploration of the property. Follow the winding path down the mountainside, where the creek accompanies your journey. Quaint bridges lead you back and forth across the water to a peaceful clearing, ideal for quiet reflection. When you’re ready to return, follow the bath back where you came. Be ready for an uphill climb! . MontEagle is an 8-10 minute drive from downtown Banner Elk. The nearby ski resorts of Beech Mountain and Sugar Mountain are each about 17 minutes away. Exploring the hiking trails of Grandfather Mountain and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Additional Notes and Rules: • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. • Towels and linens will be provided for you. • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. • This home is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets to this home. • While the roads to MontEagle are paved, 4WD/AWD or chains may be required to access the home in times of snow or ice. Please plan accordingly. • Garage is not available to guests. * MontEagle is an up and coming community with several lots have new homes being built. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • The owner uses a ring doorbell to monitor the front entry. A second camera is on the owners garage facing the driveway. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival.
