The living room features an oversized sofa perfect for movie nights, a large screen TV, and a cozy gas fireplace. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, including a peninsula with seating for two. The spacious dining table seats eight, making family meals a breeze. Enjoy the fresh mountain air and cool summer evenings—though the mini-split system ensures the temperature stays just right no matter the season. Sleeping Arrangements: Main Level: A cozy queen bedroom just steps from a full hallway bathroom. Lower Level: Primary King Suite: Features a private ensuite with a tiled shower, walk-in closet, and TV. Queen Bedroom: Offers direct access to the lower yard via a private exterior door. Bunk Room: Perfect for kids, with two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds. A full bathroom is conveniently located in the hallway between the two additional bedrooms. Pets other than dogs are not permitted. • All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax. Firewood payment is collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center. • Check in is after 4pm • Checkout by 10am • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates. • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home. • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable. • 4WD/AWD and/or chains required during times of snow/ice for all homes on Beech Mountain- it is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather. • The driveway is perfectly level with the road and gravel. • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions. • Host is not responsible for items left in the home. • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions sent by Host (property manager) within 60 days of arrival
