The villa: We have tried to think of everything our guests need with great attention to detail so that it feels like a real home from home. Every bedroom is equipped with universal poweroutlets next to the bed. 4 poweroutlets at every desk if you want to transform it with electric standing desk and extra monitors into a flexworking space. extra guest restroom in de kitchen/living area With the house on a higher leven and no neighbours being able to look in, the villa is a private place overlooking the ricefields with amazing sunsets right in front of you. Guest access The villa is close to Raya Canggu which meanss that wherever you want to go, you’ll be on your way in no time. Being close to Pererenan, you are close to the bustling street of Pantai Pererenan. Here located are many amazing restaurants with cuisines from all over the world and all within a 5 minute drive. - Nice cafes and restaurants within driving distance: Merch Cafe Amsterdam, Enchanté Cafe & Brunch, STED, Day by Day coffee, Bar Vera, Arte, Mostly and newly opened Bokashi. - Gyms and spas within walking distance: Obsidian, Elite Fit. Yet the villa is set back from the hustle and bustle in a side street with an unobstructed view of the ricefields. Then to the other side - also a few minutes scooter ride from the villa via the handy shortcut - you have some of the Canggu hotspots: Samadi yoga studio. Living organic food, large supermarkets Pepito & Frestive, Black Sand brewery, TMO Coffee, Mustache coffee, Crate and Copenhagen Cafe, Cafe Vida… And finally you have the very popular Echo beach, La Brisa beach club, Hippie Fish beach bar or Perenenan Beach less than a 10 minute drive away. THIS IS A NO SMOKE VILLA. Smoking outside is allowed ofcourse but inside the house it is strictly forbidden. The villa is completely private. Neighbors cannot overlook the garden and swimming pool. It has a very nice open feeling.
