This brand-new second-floor apartment was completed in March 2024. Everything in this modern space is fresh and new, offering a comfortable and relaxing retreat for up to four guests. Whether you’re visiting for a quick getaway or exploring the beauty of the area, this cozy loft is the perfect home base. Located just minutes from downtown Ellsworth and only a short 25 minute drive to Acadia National Park, you’ll have easy access to local attractions while enjoying a peaceful setting. The space A Message from the Owners: We are the proud owners of The Sable Loft Our goal is to offer you a welcoming experience and ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible. If you need anything, we’re here to help! This is unit A located within the same building. However, there is no one below or above you so you do not have to worry about being disturbed by other guests on the property. Distances: • 3-minute drive to downtown Ellsworth • 25-30 minute drive to the Hulls Cove entrance of Acadia National Park • 30-minute drive to downtown Bar Harbor • The beautiful Birdsacre trails are a short walk away. Located at the corner of Deerfield and Grand View Roads they offer a peaceful nature walk without the hustle & bustle of downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. The Space: Bedroom #1: • King bed – Sleeps 2 Living Room: • Full-size pullout couch – Sleeps 2 A/C: • Heat Pump Outdoor Space: • Free parking on-site • Enjoy the front deck with comfortable seating Kitchen: • Teapot and tea bags provided • Keurig coffee maker with k-cup and sugar provided • Cooking oil, cooking spray, salt, and pepper for your convenience • Oven, stove, and microwave Bathroom: • Full bathroom with a shower-only option • First aid kit and hair dryer • Body Wash provided Laundry: • FREE laundry located in the unit’s bathroom • Laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided Television: • 55” flat-screen SMART TV Other Things to Note: • Another unit is located on the property to the right of the garage, but it is not directly beneath the loft. The garage is used for storage only by us. • With being a new construction, the surrounding yard is still in the process of growing grass. Currently, it’s sparse grass as we wait for the new grass to take root (hopefully this spring 🤞🏼) Guest access You do not have access to the garage or unit B. Other things to note Please drive past those rocks and park to the left of them. DO NOT park in front of garage door. ATTENTION - Please Note: There is a new home being built on the property, and construction work starts at 8am and is limited to weekdays. While we’ve taken care to minimize disruption, you may notice occasional activity during the day. We appreciate your understanding as we improve the property!
