Our partially gated yard makes a safer outdoor space for small children and your small furry friends! Centrally located on second basin of Lake James, it is less than a 2 minute drive to Tom’s Donuts, Acapulco, Club Paradise and much more. Make Lake James Retreat your vacation home this summer! Other things to note Pontoon is not included with the home rental. It is kept at the dock on the lift unless rented by one of our guests or owner. We sometimes need to access the pontoon from around the house out to the dock. Please inquire if interested in renting. Up to 2 pets are allowed for a fee. They must be claimed in the reservation, hypoallergenic/non-shedding, and under 50 pounds. Extra cleaning fee of $200 will be added for any pet hair in the home.
