Family Favorite! Enjoy a firepit night on the beach! Plenty of room to gather together for meals, games and movie nights. Spacious house is comfortably designed to gather or to spread out. The sunroom and the primary bedroom retreat in addition to the living room allow space for working, napping, reading. conversation and most importantly relaxing! The space House 67 has the trifecta of convenient locations at Pajaro Dunes: Adjacent to the parking lot One minute to the beach staircase Ocean views from the upstairs windows H67 is a gorgeous Gary Garman designed row two home. Pajaro Dunes is a gated community with full time security located halfway between Monterey and Santa Cruz, the perfect location to explore the Monterey Bay or walk for miles and miles on the beach. H67 has a reverse floorplan - walk up the stairs to the living room, kitchen, dining room and sunroom with soaring ceilings and large windows. The reverse floorplan allows for ocean views out the front windows and gorgeous agriculture views out the back windows and off the upstairs deck. Upstairs deck has a large outdoor table and six comfortable swivel chairs. The sunroom has two full size chaise lounges for relaxing and a long bar with two beverage refrigerators. H67 has three rooms with large TVS to enjoy a sporting event or movie night. H67 has three full bathrooms and four bedrooms downstairs. There is a staircase at either end of the house allowing for great flow. The primary bedroom is very spacious and has a retreat above the bedroom for working or relaxing. Take the firepit on the beach, tides permitting and enjoy s'mores while the sun sets directly on the beach in front of you. Guests can use the pickleball courts and tennis courts by making a reservation at the gatehouse.
