The beach studio includes a kitchenette and a private bathroom. The unit is located in the best neighborhood in South Beach which is South of 5th. The southern most part of Miami Beach. The backyard has a shared swimming pool and faces the beach. Access to the backyard pool and beach is through the common corridor inside the condo building. Set directly on the beach on Ocean Drive, this unit has no ocean view. Complimentary beach pass for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella set up on the beach sand. Present pass at beach kiosk located on the beach sand beyond the pool. (9.30 am to 6.00 pm weather permitting) Free use of washer and dryer machines in the common corridor of each floor. We offer complimentary luggage storage before Check In and after Check Out if there is a need. Self check in anytime after 3.00 pm Self check out anytime before 11.00 am Unit is 220 sq ft and sleeps a maximum of 3 people. Guest access The lobby of building, the common corridor, the pool and pool backyard are common areas. Beach access and beach promenade access is from the back gate in the backyard. The key code will be accessible 48 hours before Check In.
