Mas Catalan with large garden

We offer our farmhouse, housed in a huge garden, surrounded by canals, olive fields and fruit trees. Quiet reigns! From April to November, the climate allows you to live outside! The veranda is our living room, the terrace our dining room. For the winter, the fireplace is there. Swimming in the river (15 min), Lake Vinça (15 min) or the sea (30 min), hiking (15 min) and villages such as Castelnou (20 min), Collioure (50 min) or Figueras (50 min). The space It's a family home, we seek to keep its authenticity, respect its history while setting up the comfort to enjoy a vacation. All bedrooms are air-conditioned/heated, there is a dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large barbecue, fireplace. The house is secured with an alarm. We have everything you need for the little ones: crib, high chair, and mattress for changing. On the ground floor there is the kitchen – dining room with a fireplace area as well as a bedroom, with a 140 cm bed and its bathroom, equipped with a large shower. Upstairs there is the TV lounge, 4 bedrooms, and a second bathroom. The largest is suitable for a couple (160 cm bed), the other three for one person (140 cm and 2 90 cm beds). Outdoor games and BBQ items are stored in the large garage. Many indoor and outdoor games for adults, large and small children (ping pong table, slackline to ride, badminton net, foosball, board games, wooden train (brio), marble games, pencils, books, petanque (plastic)...) Small roads around are perfectly suited for cycling - 3 adult bikes, including 1 with child seat, and 2 children's bikes are available, as well as helmets of different sizes. Guest access The entire house and garden are at your disposal. The house is equipped with Wi-Fi, and sheets and towels are provided. Non-smoking and no pets. Other things to note We live in the Paris region with our three children and enjoy the space and nature of Roussillon as soon as possible.
