Welcome to SevernFalls Cottages. A 3 cottage property. The Trent Cottage is a rustic style cedar pan-abode cottage. It is cozy and quaint and offers a perfect little getaway experience for those who want to escape the hustle & bustle. Offering a new kitchen, new washroom, a private patio just off the front door and your own designated fire pit. 2 Bedrooms with 1 Queen Bed and 2 singles Bunk Bed, 1 Washroom sleeps 4-5 The space - Air Conditioning - Barbecues - Private Fire Pits - Private Patio Furniture and Decks - Kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, dishes and cutlery - Microwave, kettle, coffee pot and toaster (Note: we do not provide condiments, spices, oils etc due to sanitary reasons) - Internet - TV's - DVD players - A Small Selection of Movies, Games, Puzzles, Books - Use of Kayaks, Canoes and Water Toys - Some Life Jackets - Small Sandy Beach Area **In the months of July and August, we rent from Friday to Friday, one week minimum **All other months, we offer a 3 night minimum stay. Guest access Guests have full access to the outdoor grass area with fire fits and the private dock, kayaks, life jacket and other water toys There are two parking spots for the cottage, additional public parking is available right up the street Other things to note Please note that we do not charge any cleaning fees and thus we won't be able to provide linen and towels. If needed then towels and linen can be had for additional $150 cleaning fees. The person booking the unit will be solely responsible for all damage incurred during the duration of the stay by all members. Life jackets must be worn at all times when you are on or by the waterway. We recommend bringing your own life jackets especially for young children so you can be sure of the fit. We do have some adult and children life jackets in the garage just in case but do strongly encourage your own. All parties entering the property must be aware of the risk, danger and hazards associated with water activities and freely accept and fully assume all such risks, danger and hazards and the possibility of personal injury or that of others. All laws and bylaws must always be followed. It’s the vacationer’s responsibility to be informed, especially with noise, fire ban. Fireworks are not allowed. *Zero tolerance for partying or indoor smoking fines will be included if violated.
