Society is Located on Main Road. This place is opposite Nehru Place and also all the famous market like Lajpat Nagar, GK2, CR Park are nearly located. 10 minutes' drive to Select City Mall, Saket and Max Hospital, Saket. 5 mins drive to Lotus temple. 30 mins drive to Akshardham Temple. 30-40 mins drive to international airport. 40-45 mins drive to Gurgaon and 30 mins to Noida. This place is centrally located where u can go to any place in New Delhi in 30-40 mins. This is a spacious independent studio which is fully furnished with an attached private bathroom and private kitchenette & also a beautiful terrace in front. Bedroom designed is very spacious (bigger than average bedroom size). It features a cozy and inviting King size bed, perfect for a comfortable & restful night sleep. The room is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and peaceful lighting, with natural lighting streaming through the huge windows in front which also has blackout curtains. You'll also find ample storage space with 2 big size almirahs and also other storage available ensuring a clutter-free environment. Whether you are single, couple or a traveler, the bedroom offers a cozy and tranquil space. Bedroom is equipped with AC, 2 Almirahs, Study corner (which has a office big chair), lots of natural and artificial lightening. Kitchen is also fully equipped with all basic essentials you need to prepare delicious food. It features appliances like stove, refrigerator, microwave, filtered water making it convenient for all your cooking needs. The kitchen is also stocked with essential cookware, utensils and dishes so that you can easily whip up your favorite dishes. Bathroom is also clean and big size which has a separate shower and toilet seat corner. Bathroom is also stocked with essential toiletries (on demand), making it convenient for your stay. There is a Geyser for hot water. Note:- Washing machine is on sharing basis and has a charge of Rs 300 per lot. Extra cleaning will be charged at Rs 200/- per visit which includes brooming and mopping of bedroom and kitchen and also washing kitchen utensils. There is no lift and bnb is on third floor. Guest access Exclusive access: Guest has a exclusive access to this independent studio appartment which is located at Third floor of our building which has a terrace in front of it and we live on first floor. Other things to note Please treat the house as your own house. And keep the house clean and tidy. Thanks.
