As owners, we’ve designed everything with you in mind. Outdoors: There are views of the lake from around the cottage including the fire pit and deck. Lots of room for lawn games (e.g. cornhole, bocce ball, etc). Central Air Conditioning A rarity for cottages - take relief from the heat of summer with central air powered by an efficient heat pump Hot tub: Off the deck, you will find a new 4-5 person hot tub with beautiful views. Follow several steps to the large dock for sun almost all day long and beautiful sunsets. Water is generally weed-free and deep off the dock. There is also a shallow area for little ones. Water shoes are still recommended. Bedrooms: Lake Room: Offers a king-sized bed and views of the lake. Earth Room: A second, private bedroom includes a queen sized bed and views of the forest. Treehouse Room: At the top of the house, this room includes one king-sized bed and one fold-out couch. It has lots of room - great for kids. Kitchen: The chef’s kitchen features a gas stove, dishwasher, lots of prep space, great lighting, and everything you would need to cook a meal. All items are labeled and easy to find. Note the wood fireplace is not available but the gas fireplace in the sunroom is. Step out to the deck and use the grill or lounge and soak up the views. Living space: The sunroom includes amazing views of the lake and yard, a huge, comfortable couch, yoga mats, and a gas fireplace. The living room has a 55 inch smart TV and a very comfortable couch. Enjoy the selection of board games for kids / adults and puzzles. Washer and dryer: Use the washer and dryer to do a load of laundry if needed. Guest access Easy and flexible check-in. Enjoy the entire cottage to yourself including the outdoor seating a patio, firepit, yard, and games area. Firewood is provided for 1-2 campfires. Now offering a 4-5 person hot tub. The Sharbot Lakehouse is the ultimate getaway with all the conveniences of town. Take a short walk down Cannon Rd. to downtown Sharbot Lake and enjoy beautiful views of the lake on the way. It’s only a 10 minute walk from Dean’s Grocery Store, Cardinal Cafe, Sharbot Lake Beach, or Belong Restaurant. Take a longer walk on the K&P Trail in either direction. Pick up some grilling supplies from Seed to Sausage (butcher and gourmet grocery store). Sharbot Lake has so many activities like pickleball courts (we provide paddles) and a Railway Museum including a caboose. Great day trips to Perth, Westport, Silver Lake Provincial Park and Sharbot Lake Provincial Park are a short drive away.
