This design-led cottage is made for slow living — long lunches by the heated pool, market mornings, evenings cooking outdoors with the Kamado grill and pizza oven. Recently renovated to a high standard, the cottage combines understated luxury with relaxed French country living, just over 1hr 1/2 from Toulouse and Bordeaux. The space Situated in the heart of the grounds of Chateau de Pomiro, the cottage has stretching views of the pool and surrounding vineyards. Formally the guardians cottage, it has been lovingly restored into a charming small cottage with comforting, English inspired interiors. Dine under the stars on the private terrace and soak in the cast iron bathtub situated in the main bedroom. Enjoy the privacy of your own terrace, kitchen, wood burner, rainfall shower and bathtub. Shared access to the heated saltwater swimming pool is available during your stay (open May to September), equipped with a solar shower and sun loungers. Feel free to explore Pomiro's gardens and terraces during your stay. Complimentary toiletries from Refyld are provided, along with fluffy towels, (including pool towels) and bath robes.
