There is a full kitchen on both floors. There is a smart TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms on the lower floor. Barbecue grill, with all the items to make a good barbecue and private pool on the rooftop. Guest access The apartment is close to two craft centers, famous restaurants such as Farofa D'água and Camarões, a bakery that offers an excellent breakfast buffet, pharmacy, convenience store and the main thing: easy access to Ponta Negra beach.
