Downstairs: Après-Ski Comfort: Kick back and relax in the living room after a day on the slopes. The two comfy daybeds easily convert into twin beds for the kids, making it perfect for families. Enjoy movie nights on the 50-inch flat screen TV with Roku, offering Netflix and a variety of other streaming services for your entertainment. Warm up by the fireplace (if applicable - if the unit has a fireplace, mention it here!) and share stories of your day's adventures. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a capsule coffee machine to fuel up for a day of skiing, an induction stovetop for whipping up delicious meals, and an air fryer oven for healthier cooking options. You'll also find all the essential cookware and utensils you need. Dining Options: Enjoy casual meals at the cute breakfast bar adjacent to the kitchen counter, or gather around the full dining table in the sun-drenched dining area and recap the day's runs. This ski condo is designed with your comfort in mind, providing everything you need for an unforgettable mountain getaway. Getting to the slopes is a breeze! Bear Valley Resort offers a complimentary shuttle service that picks up just a 3-minute stroll from the condo at 39 No Name Rd. Shuttles depart on the half hour throughout the resorts open hours, making it easy to come and go as you please. Alpine County Permit #2024059 Guest access Guests have access to the whole unit. Other things to note No Pets allowed. Parties: parties are not allowed on the premises. Any report of parties being thrown at the house will result in an immediate $1,000.00 fine as well as required reimbursement for damage and a minimum $500 additional cleaning fee. Your booking will be terminated by Airbnb and law enforcement will be called if needed to remove you from the property, and a police report will be filed. Surveillance: please note main entrance to the property is monitored. While the condo features a charming wood-burning stove, it is currently not available for guest use.
