The setting is rich with wildlife. Guests may encounter deer, javelina, coyotes, or desert reptiles nearby. Please enjoy observing from a distance and do not feed or approach animals. The home is thoughtfully designed for both kids and adults. The secure game level includes pool, ping pong, foosball, a retro arcade, Nintendo Switch, and a 100” projector. Coded doors provide peace of mind so younger guests can play while adults relax upstairs or unwind in the private speakeasy lounge with bar seating, games, and TV. Bathrooms include 3 full baths, a half bath, and a designer powder room. The primary suite includes a private ensuite for added comfort. For guest safety and community compliance, exterior security cameras and smart noise monitoring devices are installed. These never record audio and are never placed indoors. Dogs are welcome with prior approval and a pet fee. Due to severe allergy considerations, cats are not permitted. Parking includes 6 dedicated spaces and a garage with a universal EV charger.
