Access to the apartment and common areas is exclusive to the people registered in the reservation. If it is necessary to include new guests, this will only be possible upon payment of the additional amount and according to the availability of the unit to accommodate more people. 3. Personal items: We are not responsible for items left in the property after checkout. 4. Visitors: Visitors are not allowed. Only people registered in the reservation will have access to the apartment and common areas. ➡️ Fine: R$100.00 per person/day in case of non-compliance. 5. Swimming pool: • Located on the penthouse. • Open from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. • Maintenance: every Monday (no use on this day). Access and Responsibility • After check-in, the accommodation becomes the guest's responsibility. • Lock problems or damage must be reported, but repair costs will be the responsibility of the reservation holder or the guest using the unit.
