Cozy 2 Bedroom House within walking distance to Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson Sports Arena, and the Cosmosphere. Also within a short distance to Downtown Hutchinson, Planet Fitness and the Fox Theater and several local businesses. Best of all we are only 10 blocks from the Kansas State Fair Grounds! We welcome and look forward to meeting guests of all backgrounds. We offer 2 Private Bedrooms w/ Queen Size bed, TV, dresser and nightstand in each room (extra sleeping space on Queen Size Sofa Bed in Livingroom if needed). The Full Bathroom offers a relaxing Bath tub/Shower combo. Our Kitchen has a full size Refrigerator, Microwave, and full size Stove/Oven for you to prepare your meals in, and every dish and utensil needed. We have a blender and Crock Pot as well. We provide a single serve Kuerig coffee maker and different flavor kcups (if you have your favorite please bring with you). Sit down and relax in the Large living room with an Electric LED Fireplace, and TV w/ Cable and Netflix capability or work on one of our puzzles or read an interesting book of your choice. When you need to do laundry, we have a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board all in the laundry room ready for you to use. An electronic Key Code will be text to you on the day of your arrival, right before the 3pm check in time. If you need maid service please arrange in advance otherwise we will leave you to enjoy your vacation. Entire House and yard but not driveway or garage I am always available by phone if you have any questions or problems.
