Just a 5-minute walk from shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. Close to the path leading to one of Praiano’s most beautiful beaches. Positano and Amalfi are about a 10-minute drive away. Perfect for a relaxing holiday between comfort, nature, and the sea. The living area, cozy and spacious with a sea-view balcony, is connected to the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, American coffee machine, and other small appliances to offer all the comforts of home. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire house, the garden, the hot tub, and all private outdoor areas. Our colleague Lydia will personally welcome guests at check-in and accompany them to the house. From the main road, there are approximately 20 steps down, followed by a short flat walkway, and then approximately 30 steps up to reach the entrance of the house. Other things to note ATTENTION Guests are kindly asked to inform us of their arrival time at least 2 days in advance, so that we can organize the check-in as smoothly as possible. Tourist Tax * €4 per person, per night (children under 10 years old are exempt). * The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. Parking * One free parking space is included and must be reserved in advance. * A second parking space is available for an additional fee, upon request and subject to availability.
