With over 9,000 square feet, the home is ideal for hosting. Step inside the foyer to find a grand staircase leading up to a total of 11 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The third floor features a large sports entertainment area with 2 large Smart TVs with access to sports channels and more. There is kitchen on the third floor for grabbing a quick snack during the football game or office meeting. The grand living room is amazing. Floor to ceiling leaded glass windows overlook the front yard to let in natural sunlight. Step inside the connected library with built-in bookshelves where you can sip your cup of coffee and catch up on some reading. There is a large formal dining room that opens to a gorgeous enclosed solarium with access to a stone patio featuring waterfall ponds and a large backyard – the perfect setting for an outdoor party. The first floor features a Faralli-designed kitchen with granite countertops, Viking appliances and plenty of space for a professional chef. There is a breakfast nook and half bathroom located near the kitchen. The laundry room is located in the basement. Head up the grand winding staircase to find a plethora of bedrooms. There are two large king bedroom suites with huge closets and reading nooks. The two rooms share a spacious full bathroom with a separate glass shower and big bathtub and his/her sink. The other bedrooms on the second floor are set up as follows: 1 king bed, 2 single beds (share one room), 2 queen beds, and a pull out sofa. There is a huge full bathroom with subway tile, a standing glass shower, and a large whirlpool tub. A third full bathroom occupies the second floor as well. The third floor is its own unique space. The ballroom has been turned into an entertainment room complete with 2 TVs, a pool table, a ping pong table, and poker table. Note: Cleaning fee of $500 is based on 8 guests. Subject to increase based on number of guests. Other things to note Due to local city ordinance, events and large gatherings are not permitted. While local city ordinance enforces a 7-day minimum stay, you do not need to physically stay in the home for 7 days. Please inquire directly for more information. There is one security camera near the side door entrance area. Alarm set up inside house. Keyless entry. All pets and events must be approved before booking. Absolutely no smoking inside the house. The house uses radiator heat. AC units set up during summer. Note: Cleaning fee of $500 is based on guests using 5 bedrooms. Each additional bedroom used is $100. Garage is not available.
