The space The living room is bathed in natural sunlight and adorned with an eclectic mix of cozy period and new furniture and art. The two bedrooms feature queen beds with luxurious linens, full closets, overhead fans and individually controlled heating and air conditioning. The kitchen is stocked with everything needed to prepare the family dinner including essentials like olive oil, salt, pepper, ketchup, mustard, hot sauce, coffee filters, pitcher filtered water. The bathroom is bright and sparkling clean with plenty of hotel quality towels, hair dryer and clothes steamer. It also has an abundance of natural and fixture lighting for flawless preparation. We offer Odele hair products and bodywash. There is a new washer and dryer in the unit with detergent provided for your convenience. The dining area has double glass doors opening directly to the spacious deck for that California lifestyle. The deck is ideal for after dinner drinks watching the sunset or quiet morning coffee, soaking in the panoramic views. Its also perfect for yoga-mats included! There is a separate private outdoor dining area surrounded by lush mature landscaping with an umbrella -an ideal, quiet spot for a zoom meeting or al fresco dining with friends and family. There is off street parking in the covered driveway for one car in addition to on street parking. There are two steps up to the front door. The location is peaceful and serene, away from the hustle of city life but is close to so many of the neighborhood hot spots. You will find fine dining and dive bars just down the hill. The home is centrally located so whatever your scene may be, you will find it within a 10 minute Uber ride. Other things to note The house has a list of nearby hikes, restaurants, and favorite local shops.
