Welcome to our fully legal licensed central located ABNB.Our neighborhood is nice and quite with beatiful natural environment.Deer lake is within walking distance,one of most peaceful places in the city which also serves as the city culture center(detail in guide book).Bus stops is very close to our house(3 min walk), nearst skytrian station is Edmond station 1.5km away. Highgate village shopping centre is 8 min wailking distance.Downtown is 25 min drive or 40 min public transit. The space Two spacious bedrooms: one with a king-size bed , and the other equipped with a soft queen mattress .There is also a big size sofa bed in the living room for your extra one. -We have a 55-inch TV with a Roku system for entertainment, but please limit your volume after 10 pm. -Parking is in the driveway or infront of the house but keep distance from firehyrant -Two full bathrooms: one with a stand-in shower, and the other with a tub. -We also have a wet bar for your enjoyment with all kinds of wine glasses. -Fresh linens and towels for each stay. -Huge closet in both rooms with hangers. -The washer and dryer are upstairs and are limited for use by guests who stay over 5 nights. -Fully equipped kitchen with an electric cooktop. Microwave, toaster, and cooking utensils are all well-prepared. Other things to note -No smoking and drug use inside of house. -Quite hours is after 10pm, please lower your voice after this hour. -Please remove your shoe once inside,we have slippers behind the door. -No party and Vistiors stay overnight. -Check-out time is 11 am, and check-in time is 4 pm.
