This luxurious and modern villa with a pool is located in a small village in Debeljak, just 4 km from Sukosan, and has 267 m2 of living space. This room is equipped with a TV, Sonos surround sound system, PlayStation, electric fireplace, and a comfortable sofa that can also be used as a sofa bed. On the same floor is one of a total of 4 bedrooms, with a luxurious double bed, TV, built-in wardrobe, fully equipped bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, and toilet. You can also enjoy a fantastic view of the pool and nature from this room. On the first floor, there is also a separate guest toilet and a small room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities. On the upper floor, there are three more bedrooms, each with a double bed, TV, and integrated bathroom. They are also fully equipped with built-in wardrobes, showers, toilets, underfloor heating, hairdryers, towels, and much more. Two of the bedrooms also have additional pull-out beds (160 cm x 190 cm) that can be used for your children (max. 4). All bedrooms have access to a large roof terrace. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful view of nature, the pool, and the sea. Another advantage of "Villa One Zadar" is the beautiful terrace on the first floor. An ideal place to relax. Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere in the heated and illuminated pool measuring 56 m² with an integrated shallow area where children can relax or splash around. Spoil yourself and your loved ones with delicious dishes from your own Weber gas grill. Even on very hot days, two large awnings (each 4 m x 5 m) provide comfortable shade. There is also an outdoor shower, twelve sun loungers, and a comfortable cabana where you can relax with a glass of wine. The equipment of the luxury villa also includes an outdoor table tennis table, basketball hoop, trampoline, two football goals, a climbing hut with a slide and swing. In the fenced area, there are 3 parking spaces, with additional parking available directly in front of the villa. Guest access In the idyllic village of Debeljak, there are 2 shops within walking distance. Here, every morning you will find everything you need for daily necessities as well as fresh bread and baguettes. Just 4 km away is the beautiful town of Sukosan with the largest marina in the Adriatic, Marina Dalmacija. Sukosan boasts numerous beaches stretching over 10 km from Zlatna Luka to the beautiful natural complex of Tustica. Sukosan and "Villa One Zadar" are located near 5 national parks and 2 nature parks. In the numerous bars and restaurants in the area, you will be pampered by hospitable people with traditional delicacies. The peaceful location doesn't indicate that the nearby Zadar airport is only 10 km away. From here, you can enjoy a relaxed and carefree journey to a beautiful destination. The historic city of Zadar is only 15 km from the villa. The absolute highlight is the lively old town, located on the peninsula, separated from the new town. Walking through the old town is like traveling through different periods of its exciting 3000-year history. Remains of Roman buildings, old city walls from the Middle Ages, modern attractions in the northern part of the peninsula, the "Greeting to the Sun" square, and the "Sea Organ" are just some of the sights worth seeing.
