The Aqua House is located only 10 minutes from Snapdragon, 20 minutes from beaches, Balboa Park, Convention Ctr., La Jolla, Zoo, SeaWorld, Airport. A memorable place! The space Welcome to the Aqua House, your cool home while discovering, relaxing or working in San Diego! The Aqua House is only 20 minutes from most SD attractions and it is always immaculately maintained and cleaned. The amazing outdoor space was designed for total comfort and outdoor living. On your private patio you will find a large hot tub, a covered deck with a bistro table (perfect for remote working al fresco). A gas Fire Pit with cozy seating areas, a large built-in gas grill and a fun swing chair complete the relaxing outdoors. Inside, the furniture and decor is a masterclass in design and use of space. The bedroom has the most comfortable queen-sized bed with 100% cotton lines. The cozy living room has a pulled out sofa bed, for your extra guest. A 55" Smart TV, wonderful art and cool books complete the decor. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances as well as all the necessary basic supplies (pans, pots, rice cooker, oil, spices, coffee, tea, etc.). Ready for your cooking talents! The bathroom features a beautifully tiled shower, hand picked by our interior designer, and it is complemented by a quartz vanity. Inside the vanity you will find a hair dryer, first-aid kit, sun screen, etc. Extra beach towels are provided. A beach umbrella is also provided. Enjoy the beach! This unit has its own separate & private entrance. It does not share any indoor or outdoor common spaces. Bring your electric car and enjoy free charging!
