The space Ground floor • A large, bright and welcoming main room, comprising a lounge area with TV, an office area equipped with high-speed internet connection, and a dining area with a large table that can seat up to 12 guests for convivial shared meals. • A fully equipped kitchen. • A laundry area with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. • A guest WC. • The entire ground floor opens onto a furnished terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining area. First floor • Four bedrooms, each equipped with a queen-size bed (160×200), except for the master suite, which has a queen-size bed (180×200). • All bedrooms have an en-suite bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a television. • Three bedrooms offer direct access to a furnished terrace with two relaxation areas. • The fourth bedroom has a private terrace with a relaxation area and a small table with two chairs. Outside • An unheated 11×5m swimming pool, which is open for swimming depending on weather conditions.
