Cozy and quiet accommodation in a modern wooden building just a stone's throw from Prague Welcome to a picturesque house on the outskirts of Karlík - the gateway to the Český kras Protected Landscape Area. The accommodation is ideal for those looking for peace, comfort and a piece of real nature. A clear stream flows through the garden, just behind the fence begin forests, rocky slopes and picturesque meadows with breathtaking views. The Berounka River and the famous Karlštejn Castle are within easy reach. You have half an hour to the center of Prague - by car or train from the nearby train station. Come and relax. The space What's available to you The house includes a covered parking space right at the entrance. Inside you will be greeted by a practical entrance dressing room with a shoe rack and a hanger. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining table. From here, French doors lead to a covered terrace where you can enjoy breakfast or an evening with a glass of wine. There is also a Bluetooth sound system, so you can easily play your favorite music. On the terrace there is a comfortable sofa and an outdoor dining table with direct access to the garden. On the first floor of the house you will find: Bedroom 1 (lockable) with double bed, desk and wardrobe Bedroom 2 on the open gallery - a second double bed, desk and additional storage space Bedroom 3 (lockable) with double bed and wardrobe Bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet Everything you need is at your fingertips Within one minute by car you can reach the neighboring Dobřichovice, where you will find all civic amenities - groceries, drugstore, shops, cafes, restaurants and sports fields (tennis, volleyball and more).
